Getting specific effects
The vocabulary that tends to steer Suno toward classic guitar effects. These describe what the effect sounds like rather than naming gear, which is how Suno listens. Treat every phrase as a starting point, drop it into a fuller prompt, and expect to adjust by ear.
Fuzz
Distortion pushed past aggression into texture: thick, woolly, and slightly broken, like the amp is melting pleasantly.

Overdrive & crunch

Tremolo
